Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Executive to join our team to provide high-level administrative and HR support and oversee various office functions at our Bangalore Office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions and administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a combination of HR expertise, administrative skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when necessary. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage housekeeping and security services, Manage AMC’s of all critical equipments, Prepare and maintain Admin-related reports, records, and documentation.
- Manage cafeteria services, Vendor management, invoice booking/submission, Transport management, Guest Management, Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA Preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
