Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The Cashier will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions at our establishment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall positive experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Point of Sale Operations:

Efficiently operate the cash register and POS system.
Accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions.
Process customer orders promptly and accurately.

Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide information about our services and promotions.

Transaction Reconciliation:

Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ensure accuracy in transaction records and report any discrepancies.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate effectively with management and colleagues.

Promotional Activities:

Promote ongoing specials, events, and promotions to customers.
Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role.
Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
