Sales Executive
Job Description
InZone is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the service industry, excellent communication skills, and a consultative mindset. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions while working in a KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing and post-sale support
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into paying clients
- Understand client requirements and provide professional, solution-based recommendations
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and sales strategies
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, empathy, and clear communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in the service industry
- Proven success in working within target-oriented environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive discussions with professionalism
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced setting
