Senior Social Media Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Social Media Manager to join our team and help drive our company’s social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, particularly within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and emerging tech sectors. They will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our websites and other digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with company goals and objectives across Luna Media Corporation’s brands.
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms relevant to our target audience.
• Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, tailored to each platform and audience segment.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics, industry news, and relevant conversations to capitalize on opportunities for engagement and brand visibility.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify our brand’s reach and impact.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing and apply insights to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or tech industry.
• MUST have experience and knowledge in tech/web3.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting compelling content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and emerging tech trends is a plus.
