Job Description
The Project Procurement Executive manages procurement activities for EPC renewable energy projects from planning through project completion. The role ensures timely sourcing of equipment, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule requirements. The executive collaborates with project teams and suppliers to achieve procurement excellence. This position contributes to successful project delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Source suppliers for renewable energy equipment and materials.
Manage procurement activities for EPC contracts.
Prepare purchase orders and contract documentation.
Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing.
Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
Coordinate logistics for project materials and equipment.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies.
Maintain procurement records and reporting systems.
Resolve supplier issues and contractual disputes.
Support project teams with procurement planning and forecasting.
