Job Description

The Tendering & Proposals Engineer is responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for renewable energy projects. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and project management teams to ensure accurate bid submissions. The engineer evaluates tender requirements and develops cost-effective project solutions. This position supports successful contract acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents and client specifications.
Prepare technical proposals for EPC renewable energy projects.
Coordinate with engineering teams for design inputs.
Develop cost estimates and commercial bid documentation.
Prepare project schedules and resource plans for proposals.
Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Participate in bid clarification meetings with customers.
Maintain proposal documentation and tender records.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Support contract negotiations following successful bid awards
