HSE Advisor

Job Description

The HSE Advisor supports the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental standards across operational and project activities. The role provides specialist advice to management and operational teams to help prevent incidents, protect employees and minimize environmental impacts. The position promotes proactive risk management and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. HSE performance, reporting, audits and workforce engagement are key elements of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and management systems.
Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
Identify hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
Support incident, near-miss and accident investigations.
Monitor compliance with applicable HSE legislation and industry standards.
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
Track HSE performance indicators and prepare management reports.
Support emergency-response planning and preparedness exercises.
Promote safe working practices among employees and contractors.
