Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits.
Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver safety training and awareness programs.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification exercises.
Prepare HSE reports and performance metrics.
Support emergency response planning and drills.
Promote environmental sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections.
