Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level technical support to users.

Support banking applications and digital platforms.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and IT policies.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when required.
