Relationship Officer

Job Description

The Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual and corporate banking customers while delivering exceptional financial solutions. The role focuses on understanding client needs, promoting the bank’s products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The officer works closely with internal teams to provide timely support and resolve customer concerns. This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets, increasing customer loyalty, and contributing to the bank’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Promote loans, deposits, credit cards, and investment solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Prepare customer account documentation accurately.
Monitor customer portfolios and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with branch and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
