Job Description

The Aviation Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating daily flight operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time aircraft departures and arrivals. This role works closely with flight dispatch, ground handling, crew scheduling, and air traffic authorities to support operational excellence. The officer monitors operational performance, responds to disruptions, and ensures compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures. Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for maintaining smooth airline operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily flight schedules and operational activities.
Coordinate aircraft turnaround and departure readiness.
Liaise with airport authorities and ground service providers.

Prepare and maintain operational reports and flight documentation.
