Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, insurance, and investment products.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare customer proposals, account documentation, and service requests accurately.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking policies during customer onboarding.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
Monitor customer portfolios and identify opportunities for business growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new banking products to provide informed financial advice.
