Creative Design Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Design Lead to oversee the visual direction for both Luna PR and Studio36, our in-house creative agency. This role involves managing a growing team of designers and videographers, developing branding strategies for clients, and ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output across all platforms and projects.
You will play a central role in shaping how our agency and our clients are visually represented across digital, print, and motion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for Luna PR, Studio36, and client projects
• Oversee and guide the design team, ensuring output is on-brand, strategic, and visually compelling
• Collaborate with account managers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
• Work closely with videographers to ensure alignment between static and motion content
• Manage brand identity development for clients, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual systems
• Maintain creative consistency across all touchpoints, from pitch decks to social media to campaign assets
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performing creative team
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and Web3 design standards

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative direction
• Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and cross-platform design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and knowledge of motion graphics tools is a strong plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in Web3, fintech, or tech branding is highly preferred
• Must be based in Dubai or open to relocating
