Job Description

The Travel Consultant assists customers in planning and selecting suitable travel experiences, activities, and related services. The role requires a strong understanding of destinations, traveler preferences, booking processes, and available travel products. The consultant provides personalized recommendations while ensuring customers receive accurate and practical travel information. The position also contributes to customer satisfaction, booking conversion, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Recommend suitable destinations, activities, attractions, tours, and travel products.
Assist customers with booking and itinerary-related requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding schedules, inclusions, exclusions, and policies.
Explain cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions to customers.
Identify opportunities to recommend complementary travel experiences.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams when special arrangements are required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and travel products.
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate travel solutions.
Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat bookings.
