Job Description
The Transition Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end transition projects, ensuring seamless migration of business processes from clients or internal teams into EXL’s delivery centers. The role requires expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, process documentation, and change management while maintaining quality and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage transition projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed transition plans and project timelines.
Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions between client and operations teams.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Ensure compliance with quality and governance standards.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
