Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering low-voltage and ELV system projects from initiation through completion and handover.
The role oversees project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, technical activities, quality, and client coordination.
The manager ensures that project execution follows approved designs, contractual requirements, safety standards, and established quality procedures.
The position works closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, consultants, and clients to achieve successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete execution of low-voltage and ELV system projects.
Develop project schedules, execution plans, resource plans, and milestones.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Supervise subcontractors, technicians, engineers, and site personnel.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and contractual deliverables.
Control project costs, variations, resources, and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Review technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
Ensure ELV installations comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
Monitor testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare progress reports, management updates, and project completion documentation.
