Job Description

Evalueserve is hiring an Intellectual Property (IP) Analyst – Patent Research to support global innovation, legal, and R&D teams with patent intelligence and technology research. The role requires conducting prior art searches, patent landscape analysis, and competitive technology assessments across multiple industries. The analyst will prepare detailed reports that help clients protect intellectual property and make informed innovation decisions. Strong analytical thinking, research expertise, and attention to detail are critical for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patent searches using global patent databases.
Conduct prior art, novelty, freedom-to-operate, and patentability analyses.
Prepare patent landscape and competitive intelligence reports.
Analyze emerging technologies and innovation trends.
Support intellectual property strategy and portfolio management activities.
Review technical documents, patent claims, and scientific publications.
Ensure research accuracy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with legal, R&D, and innovation teams on client projects.
