Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens accurately.
Perform hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology tests.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Record and validate laboratory test results.
Follow quality assurance and laboratory safety procedures.
Maintain proper inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables.
Report critical findings promptly to physicians.
Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality of laboratory records.
