Job Description

CIMS Hospital is looking for a dedicated Critical Care Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role involves monitoring patient conditions, responding to emergencies, and supporting consultants in delivering evidence-based treatment. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU on a continuous basis.
Assist consultants during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
Record patient history, clinical findings, and treatment progress accurately.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations.
Coordinate with nursing staff and specialists for comprehensive patient care.
Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols.
Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
