Process Engineer

Job Description

The Process Engineer will develop, optimize, and improve industrial manufacturing and processing operations. The position focuses on improving production efficiency, process stability, product quality, and equipment performance. The engineer will analyze production data, identify process constraints, and implement practical engineering solutions. The role requires close collaboration with production, mechanical engineering, quality, maintenance, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing manufacturing and processing workflows.
Develop and optimize production processes and operating procedures.
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of waste.
Conduct process trials and evaluate improvement opportunities.
Monitor process performance using production and quality data.
Develop process specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment and process integration.
Investigate process-related quality and production problems.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train production personnel on new processes and operating procedures.
Support commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes.
