Process Engineer

Job Description

The Process Engineer will optimize chemical manufacturing processes and support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
The role focuses on process performance, troubleshooting, technical studies, and continuous improvement across production facilities.
The engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, HSE, R&D, and project teams to implement sustainable process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor plant process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Analyze process data, operating conditions, and production trends.
Investigate complex technical and process-related problems.
Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity and process stability.
Conduct process calculations, simulations, and technical evaluations.
Support plant trials, test runs, and commissioning activities.
Participate in process safety reviews, risk assessments, and hazard studies.
Work with production teams to establish and improve operating procedures.
Support small and medium-sized capital and improvement projects.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations for management.
