Job Description
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail and corporate banking customers. This role focuses on understanding customer financial needs, offering suitable banking products, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager also works towards achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
