The Tellers / Branch Service Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting Bank Muscat branches. The role involves processing daily banking transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Employees assist customers with account services, cash handling, and general banking inquiries. Accuracy, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Verify customer identity and transaction documents.
Handle cheque processing and cash management activities.
Assist customers with account opening and banking services.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Balance daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Follow KYC, AML, and banking compliance procedures.
Promote suitable banking products and digital banking services.
