The Healthcare Team Lead is responsible for managing a team involved in medical billing, coding, accounts receivable, payment posting, or related healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily healthcare operations for the assigned team.
Monitor productivity, quality, and service level performance metrics.

Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
