Job Description

The AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) is responsible for following up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and detailed documentation to maximize claim reimbursement. The AR Caller identifies denial reasons, resolves claim issues, and ensures timely payment collection. This position contributes significantly to improving cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
Contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
Investigate claim denials and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Document all communication accurately in billing systems.
Resolve claim issues by coordinating with internal teams.
Track payment status and maintain follow-up schedules.
Escalate complex claim issues to supervisors when required.
Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and HIPAA.
Achieve daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
