Fulfillment Center Manager

Job Description

The Fulfillment Center Manager oversees the daily operations of AJIO’s warehouse and fulfillment center to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective order processing. This role manages inbound receiving, inventory storage, order picking, packing, shipping, and workforce productivity. The manager is responsible for maintaining operational excellence while ensuring safety, quality standards, and customer service objectives are achieved. Continuous process improvement and team leadership are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end fulfillment center operations.
Supervise warehouse staff and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
Monitor key operational KPIs including order accuracy and dispatch timelines.
Implement warehouse safety standards and compliance procedures.
Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient shipment execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
