HSE Officer
Job Description
An HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Officer at ADNOC is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure safe operations, regulatory compliance, and risk prevention across oil & gas facilities and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities.
Perform risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and monitor control measures.
Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; recommend corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training programs.
Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure emergency preparedness.
Liaise with contractors, project teams, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
