Product & Contracting Manager
Job Description
The Product & Contracting Manager is responsible for developing and managing the commercial relationships and contractual arrangements that support TUI’s holiday product portfolio. The role involves negotiating agreements with hotels, destination suppliers, transport providers, and other tourism partners. The manager works closely with commercial, purchasing, product, and destination teams to ensure competitive pricing and attractive holiday offerings. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are required to optimize product quality, availability, profitability, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain commercial relationships with hotels, suppliers, and destination partners.
Negotiate contracts, rates, allocations, commissions, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
Review supplier performance, pricing structures, availability, and profitability.
Identify new accommodation and destination products that support business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, customer demand, and destination developments.
Collaborate with product, purchasing, finance, sales, and destination teams.
Manage contract renewals and ensure agreements comply with company requirements.
Analyze product performance and recommend improvements to pricing and product mix.
Resolve contractual, commercial, availability, and supplier performance issues.
Maintain accurate contracting information and ensure relevant systems are updated.
Support the development of differentiated holiday products and packages.
Conduct regular supplier reviews and negotiate improvements where required.
