Plant IT Operations & Network Security Administrator

Job Description

Zamil Industrials is seeking a Plant IT Operations & Network Security Administrator to manage plant-wide IT infrastructure and secure industrial networks. The role is responsible for ensuring high availability of servers, networks, endpoints, and manufacturing systems while protecting critical operational technology environments. The candidate will work with production, engineering, and corporate IT teams to maintain secure and reliable plant operations. Strong networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
Administer plant servers, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Implement cybersecurity policies for IT and OT environments.
Manage firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.
Perform backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities.
Support industrial network infrastructure and connected devices.
Maintain security logs and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Collaborate with vendors and IT teams during infrastructure upgrades.
