The UAE National Orchestra (UAENO) seeks an innovative Marketing and Communications Director to spearhead our strategic marketing and communication efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious cultural institution and elevate its brand on both national and international stages.
As the Marketing and Communications Director, you will lead the orchestra’s marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives. You will craft and implement strategies to increase audience engagement, enhance brand visibility, and foster strong community ties. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for the arts, ensuring UAENO’s mission resonates widely.
What We are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or a Master of Communication is preferred.
Experience: 10-12 years in marketing and communication leadership role, at least 5 years’ experience in a role leading the Marketing and Communication function, preferably within the arts or nonprofit sectors. Proven record of accomplishment in leading marketing departments, budget management, and building strategic partnerships.
Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, media relations, and audience engagement. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Bonus: Experience in the UAE cultural or musical industry and proficiency in Arabic.
