Job Description

The Data Warehouse Architecture & Snowflake Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and managing modern enterprise data warehouse solutions.
The role focuses on Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, data integration, performance optimization, and scalable analytical platforms.
The position works with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure trusted and accessible enterprise data.
The successful candidate will help establish robust data engineering practices while supporting cloud-based analytics and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable enterprise data warehouse architectures using Snowflake.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and semi-structured enterprise data.
Build data ingestion and transformation processes using ETL/ELT methodologies.
Optimize Snowflake warehouses, queries, storage, workloads, and overall platform performance.
Design data models, schemas, dimensional structures, and analytical data layers.
Implement data integration between Snowflake and enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services.
Establish data security, access controls, encryption, and governance practices.
Monitor data pipelines and resolve data quality, availability, and performance issues.
Develop automated processes for data loading, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Collaborate with data architects and business teams to translate analytical requirements into technical solutions.
Support data governance, metadata management, lineage, and documentation initiatives.
