Job Description
The Control Systems Commissioning Engineer is responsible for commissioning, testing, and optimizing industrial control systems for customer projects. The role includes PLC programming verification, instrumentation testing, system integration, and troubleshooting during project execution. The engineer ensures that all systems operate according to project specifications and safety requirements. Strong technical knowledge of automation and industrial control technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Commission PLC, SCADA, and DCS control systems.
Perform loop checks, I/O testing, and functional verification.
Troubleshoot hardware and software control system issues.
Configure industrial communication networks and field devices.
Coordinate commissioning activities with project teams.
Prepare commissioning documentation and test reports.
Ensure compliance with client specifications and safety standards.
Provide technical support during project handover and startup.
