Reservoir Engineer

Job Description

The Reservoir Engineer is responsible for evaluating reservoir performance, conducting reservoir simulation studies, supporting field development planning, and optimizing hydrocarbon recovery. The role involves working closely with geologists, petrophysicists, production engineers, and clients to deliver technical solutions that maximize reservoir value and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Perform reservoir engineering studies and production forecasting.
Analyze reservoir, well, and production data.
Develop and maintain dynamic reservoir simulation models.
Conduct reservoir characterization, material balance, and decline curve analysis.
Support field development planning and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects.
Evaluate reservoir performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Provide technical support to clients and operations teams.
Utilize SLB software such as Petrel, ECLIPSE, and INTERSECT.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve reservoir management practices.
