Terminal Maintenance & Integrity Engineer
Job Description
The Terminal Maintenance & Integrity Engineer provides engineering support for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of terminal assets and facilities. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, asset integrity, reliability improvement, and lifecycle management of critical infrastructure. The engineer works closely with maintenance, operations, inspection, engineering, and HSSE teams to identify and manage technical risks. The position supports preventive and corrective maintenance programs while ensuring terminal assets meet required safety, reliability, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support maintenance and asset integrity strategies for terminal equipment and facilities.
Monitor the condition, reliability, and performance of critical terminal assets.
Identify equipment degradation, failure risks, and integrity threats.
Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Review maintenance plans and recommend improvements based on equipment performance and reliability data.
Conduct technical assessments and support root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
Coordinate with inspection and engineering teams on equipment integrity assessments.
Support inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance activities for tanks, pipelines, pumps, loading systems, and related equipment.
Ensure maintenance and integrity activities comply with applicable engineering standards, regulations, and company requirements.
Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for identified asset integrity risks.
Provide technical input for maintenance projects, modifications, and asset replacement decisions.
Monitor maintenance performance indicators and develop technical reports for management.
Support shutdown, turnaround, and major maintenance planning activities.
