Command Center Analyst
Job Description
In this role, you will work within the STA Visitor Care Command Center as part of the team monitoring the entire visitor ecosystem and acting upon alerts from data insights. The role will entail working under the Command Center Senior Manager, analyzing data from multiple data sources real-time basis to quantify required actions; both in short term and longer term.
You will be responsible for
- Supporting in analyzing the necessary data to deliver the following from the within the Command Center:
- Communicating known and unknown service-impacting events to a variety of departments or teams
- Identifying trends and provide reports regularly indicating areas of improvement or required actions
- Composing and track reported incidents or interventions through to resolution
- Identifying and help drive continuous improvement across Visitor Care operations with specific insights
- Handling variety of systems / applications competently and being able to extract relevant data.
- Presenting updates or presentations to the Visitor Care leadership and other STA departments.
- Be open to taking on new tasks at short notice and be open to new ways of working.
- Be expected to cultivate and maintain relationships with other STA departments.
- Must be able to work effectively, both independently and within a team.
- Maintaining a positive tone and attitude through written and verbal correspondence.
- Be accountable for their own individual actions and work.
You will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Must have experience in working knowledge of the MS office suite, organizational apps CRM systems.
- Must be highly adaptable, have an inherent sense of urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Previous experience in delivering customer-centric outcomes and customer journey improvement.
