The Smart Factory Industry 4.0 Systems Lead is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing plants by implementing smart factory technologies and connected industrial systems. The role focuses on integrating automation platforms, IoT devices, analytics solutions, and production systems to improve operational efficiency. The candidate collaborates with engineering, production, and IT teams to modernize plant operations using Industry 4.0 technologies. Key Responsibilities
Lead Industry 4.0 implementation projects across manufacturing facilities.
Design and integrate IoT-enabled smart manufacturing solutions.
Manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and plant automation platforms.
Collaborate with operations teams to improve production efficiency.
Monitor equipment performance using predictive analytics tools.
Ensure cybersecurity standards are maintained for industrial systems.
Coordinate with vendors during automation and digital transformation projects.
Develop digital roadmaps and recommend new smart manufacturing technologies.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
