Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager will coordinate supply chain activities to ensure the timely availability and movement of materials and finished pharmaceutical products. The position will work across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing functions. The manager will help maintain supply continuity while balancing inventory, service levels, quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Lead supply planning and material availability activities.
Coordinate inventory planning for raw materials, components and finished products.
Monitor supply requirements and identify potential shortages or constraints.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams.
Manage warehouse and logistics performance where applicable.
Monitor inventory levels, demand requirements and supply commitments.
Support production planning and manufacturing schedule requirements.
Develop solutions for supply disruptions and operational constraints.
Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure materials are handled, stored and transported according to applicable requirements.
Support cross-functional projects to improve cost, service and supply reliability.
