Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee supply chain activities covering procurement, materials planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier coordination. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials and components required for manufacturing and customer projects. The manager will work closely with suppliers, production, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to improve supply chain performance. The position will also focus on reducing costs, improving delivery reliability, managing risks, and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain planning and execution activities.
Develop material and inventory planning strategies.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality, and delivery reliability.
Coordinate procurement activities with purchasing teams.
Ensure timely availability of materials for production requirements.
Manage inventory levels and reduce excess and obsolete stock.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
Analyze supply chain costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Coordinate logistics and transportation activities.
Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Drive continuous improvement across procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
