Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate the movement, storage, and delivery of automotive components, equipment, materials, and finished products. The role involves working with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations. The coordinator will monitor shipments, manage logistics documentation, and resolve transportation-related issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to delivery schedules and inventory requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation of automotive materials and products.
Schedule deliveries and collections with logistics and transportation providers.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to relevant departments.
Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, customs, and logistics documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered according to schedule.
Monitor inventory movements and support warehouse coordination activities.
Resolve shipment delays, transportation issues, and delivery discrepancies.
Ensure logistics activities comply with company procedures and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate records of transportation costs, deliveries, and logistics transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
