Project Engineer

Job Description

Petrofac is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and construction projects within the oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure sectors. The Project Engineer will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE regulations, and client requirements.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material tracking.
Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and contractors.
Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
Support commissioning and handover activities.
