Job Description

The Content Acquisition & Licensing Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing content acquisition opportunities for television and streaming platforms. This role works closely with studios, distributors, and production companies to secure premium entertainment content that aligns with business objectives. The manager ensures licensing agreements are commercially beneficial while maintaining compliance with legal and contractual requirements. Success in this role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new content acquisition opportunities across regional and international markets.
Negotiate licensing agreements, distribution rights, and commercial terms with content partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with studios, distributors, and production houses.
Analyze audience trends and competitor offerings to optimize content strategy.

Monitor licensing periods, renewals, and content expiration schedules.
