Job Description
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst supports Nykaa’s supply chain operations by forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and improving product availability across fulfillment centers. The role works closely with procurement, warehouse, and merchandising teams to ensure efficient inventory planning. Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making are essential to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory. This position contributes directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical sales data to forecast future demand.
Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
Coordinate replenishment planning with procurement teams.
Identify inventory risks and recommend corrective actions.
Improve forecast accuracy using business intelligence tools.
Generate supply chain performance reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with category managers for seasonal planning.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
