Job Description
The GTM (Go-to-Market) Growth Marketer is responsible for planning and executing product launch strategies that drive customer acquisition and business growth. This role collaborates with product, marketing, analytics, and sales teams to develop campaigns, optimize user engagement, and improve conversion rates. The marketer uses customer insights and performance data to refine growth initiatives and maximize campaign effectiveness. Creativity, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.

Conduct customer segmentation and audience targeting.
