Trainee Engineer

Job Description

The Trainee Engineer will undergo structured technical and functional training across relevant engineering or manufacturing operations.
The role provides exposure to production processes, quality systems, engineering standards, and operational practices.
The trainee will work with experienced engineers and supervisors to understand day-to-day manufacturing and engineering activities.
The position is designed to build technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in assigned engineering and manufacturing training programs.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures, engineering practices, and safety requirements.
Support senior engineers in production, process, quality, and engineering activities.
Assist in analyzing production data, process performance, and operational issues.
Participate in root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Support implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives.
Prepare technical reports, checklists, records, and other assigned documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other functional teams.
Follow workplace safety, quality, environmental, and compliance standards.
