Job Description
Position Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to employee satisfaction and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
