Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop, laptop, and workstation technical support.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access requests.
Perform software installations, upgrades, and security patching.
Maintain IT inventory and hardware asset records.
Document support tickets and technical resolutions.
Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to resolve complex technical issues.
