The Regional Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple distribution centers within the assigned region. The role focuses on improving logistics efficiency, inventory optimization, transportation planning, and warehouse performance. The manager collaborates with procurement, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless product movement and customer satisfaction. This position demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and operational excellence to support JioMart’s growing retail network.

Key Responsibilities
Manage regional supply chain operations to ensure timely product distribution.
Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs across the region.
Monitor warehouse inventory levels and improve inventory accuracy.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams for uninterrupted product supply.
Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Lead regional warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
