Job Description

The Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and service throughout the flight. The role involves conducting safety procedures, assisting passengers, and delivering onboard services in accordance with airline standards. Cabin crew members must remain calm and professional while responding to passenger needs and unexpected situations. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, cultural awareness, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-flight safety and cabin preparation checks.
Welcome passengers and assist them with boarding and seating.
Deliver safety demonstrations and communicate important flight information.
Provide food, beverages, and other onboard services professionally.
Monitor passenger comfort and respond promptly to requests.
Handle medical, security, turbulence, and other in-flight emergencies according to procedures.
Maintain cabin cleanliness, safety, and appropriate service standards.
Assist passengers with special needs, families, elderly travelers, and other service requirements.
Complete required flight documentation and post-flight reports.
Coordinate effectively with fellow cabin crew and cockpit personnel.
