Job Description

The Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and quality service throughout the flight. The role involves performing safety procedures, assisting passengers, delivering onboard services, and responding appropriately to emergency situations. Cabin crew members represent the airline and contribute significantly to the overall passenger experience. The position requires excellent communication, teamwork, professionalism, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for passenger boarding.
Welcome passengers and assist them with seating, baggage, and general travel requirements.
Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with onboard safety procedures.
Provide food, beverages, and other approved inflight services.
Monitor passenger wellbeing and respond appropriately to individual needs.
Handle onboard incidents and emergencies according to established procedures.
Provide assistance to passengers requiring special support.
Maintain cabin cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the flight.
Complete required safety, service, and flight documentation.
Work closely with other cabin crew members and flight deck personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
