Field Service Representative

Job Description

The Field Service Representative provides on-site technical support and operational services at drilling locations. The role involves monitoring drilling fluids, operating equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering technical solutions to customers. FSRs work closely with rig personnel and customers to optimize well performance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide well-site services and technical support to customers.
Monitor and maintain drilling fluid performance.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot field equipment.
Conduct routine and specialized testing of drilling fluids.
Prepare and track inventory of products and equipment at rig sites.
Interpret test results and recommend technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and rig personnel.
Prepare reports and maintain operational records
